You Wouldn’t Believe What We Found in the Exhaust Pipe at a Cleaning Appointment!
We cannot make this up! Customer calls and requests a dryer vent cleaning. “Haven’t had it cleaned in years and needs attention.” What do the techs find? A coat hanger stuck in the exhaust pipe. (Looks like a homemade do it yourself cleaning apparatus) The funny thing is that it looks like it just got put in there. We’ve been contacted numerous times in the last 3 weeks to see who the latest winner of the prized “Duct Cleaner of the Month” went too. Well, one of our senior techs, Chris Bloom who has been with us for 11 years took it home with his great positive attitude.
Chris had completed his work for today and was contacted by another tech about some issues he was having on the job he was on. Chris had previously worked on that site and offered to come out and assist him. Together the new tech learned from the seasoned veteran!

Unexpected snowstorm in DC! This is what happens when dryers are ignored and not cleaned! Our techs Taylor and Shawntay spent 3 hours covering the street below with 3 inches of lint.
